Zooey Deschanel has always been a bit prim and proper in her own adorkable way, so it’s pretty perfect that the actress/singer/nail-art extraordinaire has teamed up with Tommy Hilfiger on a capsule collection called "To Tommy, From Zooey," naturally. Zooey’s designs are exactly what we’d expect and want from her: hyper-femme pieces with a vintage flare that'd work as well for a concert as they would at family brunch. Oh yeah, and if yacht clubs are your stomping ground, you’re going to love this even more.

The collection has a seaside vibe with its blue, red, and white color palette and striped dresses. Zooey’s always loved playing around with a theme so the nautical references are even more obvious in the jewelry line with its anchor, wheel, and clam charms and rope bangle. Shoes are done up in navy, red, white, and beige and come as d’orsay flats, espadrilles, and wedges, and, best of all, they’re priced affordably, ranging from $69 to $89. There are also two purse options, color-blocked with navy, red, and white with a cross-body and clutch option, priced from $99 to $119.

While we’ve never actually seen Zooey on a yacht, she’s shown her love of nautical style before via nail art and a host of other crisp outfits fit for Martha's Vineyard. The line has a very classic Tommy Hilfiger feel to it, too, not to mention that its release date (available online today, April 10) is perfectly timed so you can wear the American flag colors on the Fourth of July. Holiday-outfit crisis averted!
